At ThaLoops, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we’ll issue a refund.
Given the nature of our products as digital license downloads, we will only issue a full refund if one of the following conditions is met:
– The charge to your Credit Card or PayPal account was unauthorized.
– The zip files has not been downloaded.
– Only single product has been purchased, not multiple sample packs or virtual instruments.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to decline refund requests. We are still open to hear other explanations and review the cases individually.
Bundles
Because bundled products are offered at special discounted rates below the standard List Price, we cannot provide refunds on these items. Please review your existing purchases to avoid buying any duplicates.
